Returns
In order to return your item, ship it via USPS, UPS or other service
with a copy of the original order - no RMA is required. All new
saleable items in their original packaging may be returned within 30
days of receipt.
The value of the item and sales tax (if
applicable) will be credited. Delivery charges are not refundable
unless there was an error on the part of janeco enterprises, or if the
item arrived damaged or defective. Please allow 30 days for returns to
be received and processed.
To assure fast, accurate
processing of your return, enclose a copy of your original invoice that
accompanied the merchandise. Clearly mark which item(s) are being
returned. Use the original packaging, if possible, and remove or cover
the original shipping label. Seal the package securely with packing
tape. Do not use string.
