For a limited time, we are glad to offer free economy shipping within the 48 contiguous United States for packages below 40 lb. with a minimum $149 purchase, not including taxes or other charges.
Terms and Exclusions:
- Orders over 40 lb are excluded from free shipping
- Oversize or overweight items and freight shipments are excluded from free shipping
- Detail Supply Plaza may employ an alternative shipping method based on size, weight, destination and product type at our discretion
- Tools, polishers and machines are excluded from free shipping
- May not be combined with any other promotions, volume discounts or wholesale accounts
- Coupon code must be applied at checkout
- Complete order must be shipped to one address
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
Orders that are in stock and placed online by 3 p.m. Pacific Time (Standard delivery) are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.
We ship via USPS and UPS for United States domestic orders, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. We offer economical shipping options and expedited alternatives. At this time, we ship only in the United States and Canada as well as APO and FPO addresses.
Shipping rates via USPS and UPS are automatically calculated in the shopping cart by the carrier based on the weight and size of the entire order, the shipping method chosen and the delivery location.
Selected items and sizes including aerosols, gallons, alcohol-based products and batteries are subject to FAA shipping restrictions and may not be shipped via air service. Restricted items may only be shipped via UPS Ground in the 48 contiguous United States. UPS Ground and Air shipments may not be shipped to PO Boxes and require a street address.
Delivery time will depend on the carrier, the shipping method, and the distance between your delivery location and our warehouse location in Escondido, California. Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order as orders with inaccurate or undeliverable addresses will result in additional shipping charges to complete delivery and/or return of the package. Shipping charges for cancelled orders will not be refunded.
Oversized items, hazardous or flammable materials, orders over 30 lbs. or those requiring special boxes or packaging may incur additional charges. Hazardous materials charges may also apply on ground shipments.
Approval of additional charges is required prior to shipment. Should the shipping calculator return an inaccurate quote, your order will be held until we are able to contact you by email to secure your approval. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Freight Delivery
Oversize, overweight and/or hazardous items or those requiring special handling may require freight delivery. We will notify you by e-mail with a freight quote to secure your approval and to make delivery arrangements prior to shipping. Free Shipping for Duromax Equipment
We are pleased to offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States with the purchase of any Duromax generator, pressure washer or combination. These items will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Delivery times are subject to the manufacturer's stock on hand. Additional items purchased at the same time may qualify for free shipping with a minimum $149 purchase, not including the price of the Duromax item(s), taxes or other charges.
Delivery Confirmation for Purchases
